Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at yasasinergi. We are committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions for returns and refunds, as well as the process to follow.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of singular or plural usage.

Definitions

  • Goods refer to items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to yasasinergi, accessible from https://yasasinergi.com/.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request will be accepted if it meets one of the following conditions:

  • Technical Errors in Transactions:
    • The payment was processed more than once (double payment).
    • A system error caused the customer to be charged an incorrect amount.
  • Unavailable Product or Service:
    • The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable after payment has been made.
    • The ordered service cannot be provided by the merchant.
  • Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions:
    • There is evidence that the transaction was made without authorization or that customer payment details were misused.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and must be accompanied by valid proof.

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

A refund request will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The customer made an error, such as entering the wrong payment amount or changing their mind after completing the transaction.
  • The product or service has been received in accordance with the order.
  • The customer is unable to provide valid proof regarding claims of product or service non-conformity.
  • The transaction violates our service policies or terms & conditions.

Note:

  • Funds held by payment gateway are entirely the company’s responsibility, not the customer’s. In cases where funds are held, we will still process refunds using our internal company funds without burdening the customer. However, in case of chargeback or other disputes initiated by the customer, the company reserves the right to adjust or deny the refund based on the policies of the payment gateway.
  • If there is evidence of scamming or abuse of payment links by the customer, the company will not be held responsible for any losses. The customer assumes full responsibility for interactions with third parties or suspicious links. We strongly advise customers to verify the authenticity of payment links to avoid such issues.

4. Return Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party appointed by You (not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized Goods.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have an expired date.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

5. Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a Request:
    • Contact our customer service via email, WhatsApp, or call center, and provide proof of payment along with the reason for the refund request.
  2. Verification:
    • We will verify the request within 3-5 business days after receiving it.
  3. Refund Decision:
    • If approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • If denied, the customer will receive a notification with the reason for rejection.

6. Additional Notes

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Transaction fees already paid may not be refundable unless an error was caused by us or the payment gateway system.
  • If funds are held by the payment gateway, we will still process the refund to the customer without waiting for the funds to be released.

7. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.
